1. About SolarQuote.ae

1.1.SolarQuote.ae (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates a digital platform that connects residents and businesses in the United Arab Emirates (specifically Dubai) with third-party solar energy providers and installers (“Providers”).

1.2. SolarQuote.ae is a subsidiary of Velin Labs FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with commercial license number 17006134. Velin Labs FZ-LLC is the legal entity responsible for the operation and management of the SolarQuote.ae platform.

1.3. We are a lead-generation and matching service. We do not sell, install, or maintain solar panels, nor do we act as an agent, broker, or representative for any Provider.

2. Eligibility

2.1. By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2.2. You must be the owner of the property for which you are requesting quotes, or have explicit written permission from the property owner (e.g., landlord) to explore and authorize solar installations.

3. The Matching Service

3.1. When you submit a quote request, you authorize us to share the information you provide (including contact details and property information) with DEWA-certified Providers in our network who serve your area.

3.2. We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes, nor do we guarantee the pricing, quality, or availability of the services offered by the Providers.

3.3. The savings estimates provided on our website are illustrative and based on general market averages. Actual savings will vary based on your specific roof, shading, consumption habits, and the final system design.

4. Your Obligations

4.1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a quote request.

4.2. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or fraudulent requests, or to interfere with the proper working of the website.

4.3. You acknowledge that Providers may contact you via phone, email, or WhatsApp using the contact details you provided.

5. Provider Terms

5.1. Any contract, agreement, or arrangement you enter into with a Provider is strictly between you and that Provider.

5.2. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a Provider, and we bear no responsibility or liability for the installation, performance, warranties, or maintenance of any solar system.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content, design, graphics, text, and software on SolarQuote.ae are the property of SolarQuote.ae or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material from our website without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1.Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Any failure, delay, or poor performance of a solar provider introduced through our platform

• Any technical failure, data loss, or interruption of the platform

8.2 Where liability cannot be fully excluded under UAE law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of SolarQuote.ae shall not exceed AED 500.

8.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
